1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or using BillShare, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application or services.
2Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide truthful and accurate information when registering.
3Nature of the Service
BillShare is an invoicing and receipt generation software. BillShare does not process, handle, or guarantee payments directly between you and your customers. Collection of debts, invoicing terms, and fulfillment remain strictly an agreement between you and your customer.
4Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BillShare for any unlawful activities, fraudulent billing, distribution of malicious content, or spamming unsolicited invoices to third parties.
5Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the BillShare application, logo, brand assets, and web interfaces belong exclusively to Aigentro. You retain full ownership of the invoice contents and customer data you input.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BillShare and Aigentro are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost profits, unpaid client invoices, or indirect damages resulting from your use of the service.
7Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BillShare following any revisions indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
