1.How do I create and send an invoice?
Tap the '+' / Create tab in the mobile app or 'Create Invoice' on the web dashboard. Enter your client name, add line items (description, rate, quantity), add any applicable taxes or discounts, and tap 'Save & Preview'. You can immediately share the itemized vector PDF via WhatsApp or email.
2.How does Split Billing work?
When creating an invoice, toggle the 'Split Bill' option. You can divide the balance equally among contributors or assign custom amounts/percentages. You can add contributors directly from your phone's address book. Once created, track settlement progress in real-time and send individualized WhatsApp reminders with the PDF attached.
3.Can I add my own business logo and NTN / Tax ID?
Yes! Navigate to Settings > Business Profile. You can upload your high-resolution business logo, company name, contact phone number, address, and official NTN/GST number. These details will automatically be rendered in the header of all generated PDF receipts.
4.How do I request account deletion or data export?
You can delete your account directly inside the mobile app under Settings > Security > Delete Account, or email us at support.billshare@gmail.com with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'. Your account and all associated billing data will be permanently wiped.
5.Which platforms does BillShare support?
BillShare is available as a native mobile app for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play Store), as well as a full-featured web dashboard at https://billshare.aigentro.com for desktop invoicing and team management.
